Implementation of Production Process and Quality Control Standards
Regarding the production process control of the RoboMaster building block products, it covered the selection of raw materials, the development of precision molds, and the assembly accuracy test. In the selection of raw materials, Xingbao block strictly screened to ensure that only high-quality and environmentally friendly materials were used. The development of precision molds was carried out with advanced technology and equipment to ensure the accuracy and quality of the building block parts. During the assembly process, strict quality control was implemented, and each assembly step was tested and inspected to ensure that the final product met DJI's brand quality requirements.
