In the aspect of building block structure research and development, Xingbao block's R & D personnel spent a lot of time and energy to design a stable and easy-to-assemble structure, which not only met the needs of players to build, but also ensured the overall aesthetics of the product. And in the optimization of the appearance design, the two sides jointly discussed and revised to make the building block set more in line with the brand image and design concept of DJI.

Regarding the production process control of the building block products, it covers various links such as raw material screening, precision mold development, and assembly accuracy testing to ensure that the products meet the quality requirements of the DJI brand. For instance, in raw material screening, only high-quality plastics that meet international environmental protection standards are selected to ensure the safety and durability of the building block products. In the development of precision molds, advanced manufacturing technologies and equipment are used to ensure the accuracy and repeatability of the molds, so as to ensure the quality and consistency of each building block. And in the assembly accuracy testing, strict testing procedures and standards are established to ensure that the assembled building block set can achieve high precision and stability, and can withstand the test of long-term use.
